01 / THE PRESENCE
A different
kind of gaze.
The frame changes the face.
The attitude changes everything.
02 / THE IDEA
Human design.
Alien expression.
Make the eyes
impossible to ignore.
RAZAR begins with a product designer’s imagination: sharp geometry, sculpted graphite and violet reflections. The challenge is to turn that object into a complete brand world, while keeping the original eyewear at the centre.
The silhouette.
Recognisable before the logo.
Sébastien Marchi’s original eyewear designs begin with angular proportions and a deliberate expression. The frame is the identity; everything else grows from it.
The material.
Graphite. Light. Reflection.
A restrained graphite surface gives the violet lenses room to speak. Raking light reveals the cut of the bridge, the outer corners and the depth of the frame.
The attitude.
A presence you feel.
The campaign carries the product into real-feeling places: wind, rock, a face in concentration. The visual world follows the person wearing the glasses.

03 / THE OBJECT
Cut with intent.
Seen in detail.
KRANK.
Graphite frame.
Violet mirror.
The flat upper line and the broad, cut lenses give KRANK its character. This custom still life moves the product out of a catalogue and into an editorial composition: a single object, quiet surroundings and light that describes the form.

04 / THE FIELD
Rock.
Speed.
Focus.
The same visual identity, carried into motion. A rocky line. A rider fully in the moment. The violet lens becomes the only flash of colour against the mountain.

05 / THE VISUAL LANGUAGE
RAZAR / ORIGINAL ZSharp identity.
Quiet surroundings.
The original Z emblem anchors the identity. Tektur gives the title an engineered edge; Space Grotesk keeps the story open and readable. A dark graphite palette lets silver surfaces and violet optics do the work.

Design the object.
Original frame geometry, model personalities and product direction by Sébastien Marchi.
Direct the world.
Choose a setting, an attitude and a quality of light that make the eyewear the centre of the story.
Make the vision visible.
Use AI-assisted campaign visualisation, then select and refine the imagery against the original design.
Original eyewear design and creative direction: Sébastien Marchi. Custom campaign visualisations created with OpenAI tools. These are design concepts, not photographs of manufactured products.
07 / THE RESULT
A product.
A presence.
A point of view.
The brand begins
where ordinary ends.
RAZAR connects original eyewear design, identity and a digital brand experience. The case study gives the work its own editorial story; the standalone RAZAR website presents the wider collection and campaign universe.
